Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is structured on a per-dog basis, with estimates provided for dogs of different sizes from small to x/large. Rates are subject to change based on the specific needs of your dog, at the sole discretion of Adriana Rivera.

  • Full payment is required upon booking confirmation.

Pet Requirements

  • A completed dog questionnaire detailing the pet’s personality, behavior, and routines is required before the meet and greet.

  • Owners must submit up-to-date vaccination records and the contact information of the dog’s current veterinarian with the initial booking request.

  • Adriana's Hotel for Dogs reserves the right to refuse service if a dog is determined not to be a suitable fit for the boarding environment.

Liability and Safety

  • While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and health of your pet, Adriana's Hotel for Dogs is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or health problems that arise during the stay, except in cases of proven negligence.

  • In the event of an emergency, Adriana will make every effort to contact the owner and seek appropriate veterinary care as previously authorized.

Liability and Safety

While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and health of your pet during their stay with DreamWags Boarding or during Guardian Tales In-Home Dog Sitting sessions, Adriana's Hotel for Dogs and services of Guardian Tales are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or health problems that arise, except in instances of proven negligence on the part of Adriana Rivera.

In-Home Dog Sitting Specifics:

  • Property Damage: Adriana Rivera is not responsible for any damages to the home caused by the dog during in-home sitting sessions. Owners are encouraged to secure or remove valuable or breakable items and to provide a safe, dog-proofed environment for their pet's stay.

  • Outside House Tending: Adriana Rivera's responsibilities are limited to the agreed-upon pet care services listed above. She is not responsible for any additional house tending or maintenance tasks outside of these services. Any specific requests beyond pet care must be agreed upon in advance, subject to additional terms and conditions.

In the Event of an Emergency:

Adriana will make every effort to contact the owner and seek appropriate veterinary care as previously authorized. Owners must provide contact information for their preferred veterinary service and authorize Adriana Rivera to make decisions regarding emergency care if they cannot be reached.
