Required
Dogs must be at least 4 months old and fully vaccinated.
Up-to-date vaccination records.
Minimum 30 days' notice and request submission.
Contact information for your dog’s current vet.
New Clients
A completed dog questionnaire detailing personality, behavior, and routines.
Mandatory in-person meet and greet before the stay.
Policies
Book at least 2 hours in advance.
Payment is required upon booking.
Cancellations must be made within one hour of booking to receive a full refund.
No refunds for cancellations made after one hour of booking.
No-show policy: Full amount will be charged if no prior notice is given.
