Cancellation Policy

Understanding the dynamic nature of our clients' lives, we strive to offer a reasonable and clear cancellation policy for both DreamWags Boarding and Guardian Tales In-Home Dog Sitting services. Below are the details of our cancellation policy, designed to protect both the interests of our clients and the operational needs of our services.

DreamWags Boarding Cancellation Policy:

  • Notification Requirement: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one day’s rate based on the booked service size.

  • No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without any prior cancellation notice, the reserved service’s full amount will be charged.

Guardian Tales In-Home Dog Sitting Cancellation Policy:

  • Notification Requirement: Due to the advance planning required for in-home dog sitting, cancellations must be made no later than 14 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled start date will incur a 50% charge of the total booked service amount.

  • No-Show Policy: If there is a no-show without any prior cancellation notice, the full amount of the booked service will be charged.

General Terms for Both Services:

  • Modification of Reservation: Any changes to the booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least [specify days] days prior to the original start date. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

  • Refunds: Refunds for cancellations within the specified windows will be processed within [specify number] business days.
