Up-to-date vaccination records.
Minimum 30 days' notice and request submission.
Contact information for your dog’s current vet.
New Clients
A completed dog questionnaire detailing personality, behavior, and routines.
Mandatory in-person meet and greet before the stay.
Policies
Book at least 30 days in advance.
Cancellations must be made no later than 14 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund.
Late cancellations incur a 50% charge of the total booked service amount.
No-show policy: Full amount will be charged if no prior notice is given.
