Required
Dogs must be at least 4 months old and fully vaccinated.
Contact information for your dog’s current vet.
Up-to-date vaccination records.
New Clients
A completed dog questionnaire detailing personality, behavior, and routines.
Mandatory in-person meet and greet before the stay.
Policies
Book at least 4-5 days in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund.
Late cancellations incur a fee equivalent to one day’s rate.
No-show policy: Full amount will be charged if no prior notice is given.
